Tunnel Fits Podcast
The tunnel is starting to settle in.
Week 1 always feels a little experimental. By Week 2, players start dressing more like themselves again. This week gave us NYC energy, strong tailoring, sport luxe done correctly, and a couple fits that understood silhouette better than trend chasing.
Here’s who stood out in WNBA fashion this week.
Best Dressed — Breanna Stewart
Breanna Stewart delivered one of the strongest WNBA tunnel fits of the week and did it in full NYC fashion.

Pink Avirex jacket. ASAP Rocky x Puma denim. Supreme patchwork Timbs.
The formula sounds loud on paper, but somehow everything worked together naturally. The oversized layers, heavy denim, and statement boots all tapped into classic New York style without feeling forced. The pink Avirex was the piece that really pushed it over the top. It softened the look just enough while still keeping the edge intact.
Most Unexpected — Temi Fagbenle

Working alongside stylist Lola — who previously sat down with Tunnel Fits Podcast to talk athlete styling and fashion identity — Temi stepped out in a full Modaccio Canadian tuxedo layered over a lace bodysuit.
The contrast between the structured denim and softer lace detailing is what made the fit land. A full denim look can get repetitive fast, but the bodysuit added just enough texture and edge to keep everything elevated. Nothing felt overworked. The fit still had ease to it.
Sport Luxe Done Right — Brittney Sykes
Brittney Sykes and stylist Christal A. Williams understood color coordination perfectly this week.

The cream and green Lacoste look already worked on its own, but the orange accessories gave the outfit real energy. Between the Runway Weekender bag and matching sneakers, the fit felt polished without losing its athletic DNA.
One to Watch — Zia Cooke
Zia Cooke walked in with one of the cleaner silhouettes of the week.

The oversized red jacket immediately pulled focus. Paired with pleated trousers, brown footwear, and an oversized bag, the whole fit felt relaxed but intentional. Zia’s style works because she understands proportion. The simplicity is what makes the outfit hit.
Fashion Risk That Paid Off — Cameron Brink

Cameron Brink leaned fully into soft tailoring this week, and the payoff was huge.
The oversized cream blazer brought structure while the sheer layered trousers kept the entire look light and fluid. Even with the transparency throughout the outfit, nothing felt overly complicated or forced. Everything moved cleanly together.
A lot of players are experimenting with sheer styling right now, but Cameron’s version felt polished instead of performative. Relaxed proportions, monochrome tones, and just enough edge to keep the fit memorable.
Another strong week for WNBA tunnel style, and honestly, the players are only getting more comfortable from here.
